I used the Delicious Fall set for the text (kinda obvious, wouldn't you say?) and some cool Prima leaves.

Susanne and I think the leaves are skeleton leaves that are adhered to a paper leaf. The veins are amazing! I also used Fiskars Treading Water border punch. I have to admit that these 10 ATCs did not make a dent in my stash.
