Here come the geckos!

I played with a sketch design and used our awesome Cha Cha SWIC, matching cardstock and ribbon and the design just screamed southwest.  A light bulb lit up (I turned on my desk lamp) and voila!!  Here's what I came up with!

The phrase is from our hostess set, Bless Your Heart.  I've been using it a lot lately...   See the 3 little geckos?

I used a black glitter pen to add the spots down their backs.  My hubby kept looking at them then asked how I made them!  I used a small punch by EK Success (I think). Just cool! Actually my first thought was 3 flowers but I think my little geckos are more unusual and does make this a masculine card.  What do you think?

Stampin' and punchin' southwest went totally gecho first class. Way to go! The clean and simple sentiment space background looks great. Contrasting the sw patterns was so smart!
Thanks for sharing.

Had to come back here two weeks later to add a quip from a tire store's message wall on Fourth Avenue North, Billings, Montana.
What happens when your gecko breaks?
Reptile Dysfunction.
That gecko of tv fame is joke city insurance these days. Insurance company logo and all, this guy is in the hot topics across conversations like I would like to laugh all the way to the bank. Now, if only the SW population had that much fun with lizards/ reptiles the remainder of the year!
Keep Looking Up!
