Paper: Bazzil Reds, white premium, Wine Red 2
Other: pink sheer ribbon
I don't know if you can see it clearly but the wine red piece is very textured and it does have a feeling of felt, very soft and kinda fuzzy. I did a bunch of stamping off (stamping on scrap paper before stamping without reinking) to do the rose behind the text.
