Today is our bi-monthly Totally Awesome Chicks Design Team post and I decided to do simple. I did "complicated" with my first post back on the 12th with my Halloween Fold-Up Treat box. So, this card was inspired by one I received from my friend Alison early last week.
I used TAC sets Dotted Peony (designed by Nina Bracket of Crafting in Croatia blog) and Sophisticated Sentiments. The paper, ribbon, and brads were from TAC a LONG time ago and I just found them in my stash. They came together as a "multi-pack" called Coral Red by DCWV. I also used the Fiskars Treading Water border punch. I used VersaMagic ink that matched up so nicely! And I didn't forget the bling....
I dotted the centers of the flowers with the Stardust Clear Gel pen. Did you think I forgot??
Mom needed a birthday card and this one only took minutes to make. I am working on some scrapbook pages of our anniversary trip and hope to post soon.
Don't forget to check out the other "chicks" cool projects! Just click on their names to go to their blogs.
