What's On Your Workdesk, Take 639

Yep, this fun weekly blog hop of desks has been going on for 639 weeks!  I joined at about 185 (or close to) weeks. It's been fun joining in with Julia of the Stamping Ground and all the ladies (and occasionally a guy now and then) giving you a view of what's happening where we craft, sometimes what we craft, or something else.

I took this picture last night as I finally decided what I was going to show for my FB Weekly Video. I will be prepping this morning as I didn't get it done yesterday. I napped. Oh well.

This card was our make n take at our monthly stamp club meeting on Saturday. It's a pretty simple card with a fold to it. I didn't finish it until yesterday just before this picture. It doesn't really have an official name but it's cool. So.... far left my green folder with 3 of the 4 cards with directions for my September class. (Oh my gosh, it started today!!!!) Then a new slimline die I purchased. On my glass mat the directions and the card with a stamp set under it that I used to finish the card. Then far right my Platinum die cut machine with it's Magic Mat.

So, since I didn't prep for this yesterday I'll be busting my buns getting ready this morning.

Thanks for all the well wishes for my allergies last week. I tried another over the counter pill that actually is helping! It's called Xyzal and you take it daily in the evening.

I hope you hop over to Julia's and check out the links to the other brave deskers. You never know what you'll find!

Sometimes the best thing to do is take a nap, just relax and take it easy. I don't know where the time has gone and will need to be thinking about C cards soon....well very soon really. Hope you got yourself ready for the class too. Wishing you a lovely and creative woyww, Angela x6x

I love the little floral card on your desk - so pretty. Glad you have found allergy tablets that work, allergies can make life so miserable can't they.

Hope you are soon feeling better. My son has allergies and his Dr. suggested a 5 YEAR treatment plan to help desensitize his to the allergens. I think I'd prefer a nap too!

A nap is just the way to help you bust your buns, motivation for a deadline comes in many forms! That card is lovely, will be visiting to see more of it, I need to get a better look at those stamps too! So glad you’ve found something that makes you feel less allergy burdened Carol, it really helps.

Thank you for your return visit, Carol. I hope to have something to show with the DVD project this coming week. I was working on them this afternoon but can't melt them till the paint is dry! I'm impatient to get on and see how they turn out.
