When I seen this stamp by Ann Corbiere-Scott called Advice From a Cactus in Phoenix back in February I had to get it. I purchased it at a store called Scraps of Love and it's not available at the companies I'm an affiliate for. I will be using this stamp in a class eventually.

The back of the stamp package is a beautiful card designed by Ann and I followed her coloring to a degree. I used my huge pack of Prisma Color pencils and had fun with the shading.
I didn't get the shading dark enough on the blue agave in center but this is a bit more than I'm used to doing. I found it quite fun!
I may add more shading on the agave later. I used a variety of PanPastels to color the background. The cool silver concha looking thing is from my stash.
I added a cool gem called a Sea Stone that I got from Fun Stampers Journey. It was the perfect color to match my card stocks (all from Spellbinders). I used a 1/2" glue dot to adhere the silver thing and had to add a 3/16" glue dot for the gem.
What do you think of this card?
