Bless You

This is the 2nd card I made for Spellbinders but I used the Be Leave Me die set and more. This card is my favorite. It only took 1 try.

I can't believe how fast this card came together. I love that when it happens!

Isn't this gorgeous!!! I used Spellbinders new Teal Topaz card stock (100 lb.) which has a bit more green to it than their Turbo Teal card stock (80 lb.). This new paper is only 10 sheets to the pack instead of 25 sheets and so it's basically quite a bit more expensive than their old card stocks. I did check around some a found it is in line with many other companies that carry quality card stock but sadly, if you teach classes like I do, this does increase the cost of supplies. I embossed the Teal with the new Plaid Company embossing folder.

Due to the sheen and shine of the gold card stocks this photo is a bit dark. But at least you can see the sheen and shine! The beautiful green card stock is their new Rainforest color, again 10 sheets of 100 lb. card stock in the pack. I again used my Glimmer Hot Foil system and gold foil then added the beautiful new Gold Mix Gems. The small flourishes on the right side of the card are the negative pieces to the big flourishes. All flourishes were adhered with the Bearly Art Glue.
