It's My Desk!

Well, it's another Wednesday and time to give you a peek at my desk.  I actually cleaned my glass mat as it was full of glue globs and paint speckles! Then I started on a new project.  Anyway, today's view is being linked to Julia at the Stamping Ground! This is week 597. I know the England gals (that's where most of this group lives) is planning a Zoom get-together on week 600 but I'll just link up as usual if I'm able. Anyway.... my desk.

I even cleaned a bit around it but need to work on that area between my glass mat the the ink rack.  It's full of die cuts, bits & pieces, and GKW (goodness knows what).  But I just got in some stuff from Scrapbook.com (I'm now an affiliate!) and am starting to play! So there is my little paper trimmer far left, a slimline die and Stampendous stamps between it and my mat, the card base, stamped images in my Misti, then my Platinum 6.  Behind the mat are 2 little Thanksgiving mini pillow boxes and at the right corner a little box chickie made from a Sizzix die.

My prep for today's video is to the left and under my paper trimmer. If you are interested all my videos are on my YouTube channel with the link in the sidebar. They are basically FaceBook Lives that are directly uploaded, no editing.

So now head over to Julia's and check out the other links! There's some VERY interesting stuff going on!

That's a nice working desk you have their and I like to see it so full of activity. I love my glass mat, but must admit I do not cut on it - do you cut on yours?

Sooooo tidy! Handy, the lights. I have to move my OTT light back to my desk once I finish the massive tidy up I started, on a whim, yesterday. How dumb am I?? Still not taken the plunge on the glass mat, but fear it is only a matter of time. The non-stick craft mats ar just not doing it for me - esp. the having to move them to cut on the self-healing mat that is under it and not cutting the sheet instead. DOH!

Happy WOYWW! Sorry for the late visit - got sidetracked.

Hi Carol, I'm still on the fence about my glass mat, lol. Easy to clean, and good for inky stuff, but I get a lot of glare from overhead lights, and stuff slides around a lot! Hopefully, the planned Zoom will be on Sat 5th December, and I'm pretty sure Julias trying to organise it so everyone, wherever they are, can at least pop in for a short while. Stay safe, have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #6 X

There has to be a part of your desk that isn’t entirely sorted, a little GKW does your heart good when you find it’s something useful!! The zoom get together will be the weekend after the 600 Wednesday and I’m hoping to be online three times across the day so that we can hit all time zones...will be publishing details soon.
