This past week I shared a couple Christmas cards using Spellbinders
Reindeer Prance Layering Set. Today I have another but it is a 3D
card!

There is no photo that can really show how amazing this card
is. It has 6, yes 6, layers! The back layer I used one of my
larger Picket Fence Studios blending brush to add some ink in the
center. I used Spellbinders' Cabinet 3D Card die set to make
this. It does fold flat, at least it did until I added the
flower.
It's really hard to see the depth of the card. And the blue
background adds a nice pop of color. I embossed the Merry Christmas by stamping it first with Turbo Teal ink then stamping it again with Clear Pigment ink before adding the embossing powder and heating. Thank goodness for my stamp positioner! I used Fun Stampers Journey's Christmas Inside & Out stamp set for the sentiment.
Though you can't see it I added some Sparkle Silk to the
flower. And it does sparkle! I didn't add a lot but IRL it is
beautiful!
Do you make 3D cards?
