Sequestered Wednesday

If you're like us, you are staying mostly inside to fight the virus.  I do get out to get our mail (1 mile drive to our post office) or to the grocery store.  But we do have some acreage so I'm out in my garden and the such getting fresh air, sunshine, hanging out laundry, whatever.  But today you get to see what's happening on my desk all courtesy of linking up with Julia at the Stamping Ground.

Needless to say, my desk is empty.  I finished a project early yesterday afternoon, tidied my desk, and am now trying to figure out what to do next.

I tidied the area between my glass mat and my ink rack. I found my stash of plastic boxes and now have all those little pieces of die cut stuff contained!  YAY!  But I also have my green folder of the cards I'll be teaching via video to my gals on April 24.  So far 6 of the 12 class kits have been spoken for, some already paid and I just got my newsletter out about the class on Monday!  I'll start making the kits later this week to mail out between April 15 and 17.

If you want to see what I just finished before this picture you'll have to check tomorrow's post. It's the last card I had to make for the class.  I have links with the post so I couldn't share it on this post.

So head over to the Stamping Ground and check out the links to other desks.  And happy April 1!

What a great idea to keep your classes going in that way - good for you and all the participants. I hope it goes really well, who knows, it may turn out to be another way of teaching craft!
Stay well and safe,

Isn't the Internet great for keeping in touch, and keeping groups going too? My hubby's Slimming World group is continuing via Zoom, which is fantastic. It looks as if you are getting nice and organised on your desk!

Keep safe and well, keep smiling and happy belated WOYWW,

Sorry I'm late, it's taking me a few days to get round everyone this week in between home working. I'd rather be chatting to deskers but needs must to keep the working ticking along.
I'm glad your keeping safe and sound. We are so lucky to still be having our post delivered by our wonderful postmen so only have to venture out for food. It's so weird to see a usually busy town so devoid of cars and people, it's quite eerie.
It's great that you can keep your classes going. We are so lucky to have the virtual world to keep in touch with everyone aren't we?
Take care and enjoy your week

Thanks for your return visit, Carol. I put the techy stuff in for those who are interested in such things - but glad you enjoyed the finished result! I shall be posting the answers to the bird quiz next week as long as I remember!

Sorry I’m late Carol! You’ve got the hang of this sequestering, huh! Online classes - go you! Glad that you found you plastic baskets, oh my so much usefulness in an empty basket! We have a small garden and for the first time, I am very grateful for it - it will probably start to look better soon too, after all despite the fact that I could happily spend ll day indoors, apparently, I mustn’t! Stay well girlfriend. Xx
