It's Deskers Wednesday!

I actually remembered what day it is!!  I'm not as discombobulated this week as I've been called back to work!  I cleaned our church last Friday and started doing deep cleaning Monday (started vacuuming and shampooing the upholstered seating in the sanctuary)! After me and my co-worker get done there we do the chairs upstairs in the youth room then the big overstuffed chairs out in the teen's building.  And then I'll be cleaning the utility room shelves.  Lots to do and glad to be doing it!

Anyway, enough rambling.  Today's post is linked to Julia's blog, the Stamping Ground.  This is week 567.

I am playing with an idea for my May class.... yes, May.  I have to be a couple steps ahead at all times.  And I'll be making this card while I do an FB Live video (all videos are on my YouTube channel, too).  My class theme is On The Wild Side.  I go live at 10 am Pacific Daylight Time. Today's video will be downloaded to YouTube by noon.  So, my desk... far left is a pile of stamps and die sets from this and a previous card.  On my mat is the card I'll be showing. Far right is a pile of stamps under my Platinum 6 platform.  And behind my desk is my now mostly cleaned area of "I know what it is " stuff neatly contained in little plastic boxes so I can see it.

Ok, I'm done.  This was short compared to last week.  Our kids loved the pet sympathy card.  They had the dog cremated and just got the ashes.

I hope you head over to the Stamping Ground and check out the other desks.  Maybe we'll cross somewhere on the web!

You're doing a great job with all that cleaning, I hope the church is grateful! And think of all the exercise, quite wonderful. We still don't know what's going on in the UK so planning things for May probably won't happen for a while.
Keep safe and well!

Whilst I would like a bit of free time I think I am glad I am still working - from home - but sometimes I just want to not be! And it does keep my mind occupied. Well done on the deep cleaning. Have a good week Helen '#4

I'm loving the look of that card = looks great fun! Good to hear you are a utuber - may have to ask for some advice if I get stuck - I've been asked to do some craft videos for our library's channel whilst they are closed and I haven't really got a clue. Stay safe, stay well, Happy WOYWW Cindy #12

Work certainly does provide some well needed predictability in our life. Looks like a lovely card coming along on your desk. Stay safe and keep creating.

I like the look of the card, Carol - I love hexagons! It sounds as if you are keeping very busy and active. The very thought of all that cleaning makes me feel tired! My hubby, bless him, has been cleaning our house in the absence of my cleaning lady during the lockdown.

Stay safe and well and God bless,
Happy belated WOYWW,
