Wednesday? Already?

Well, it's Wednesday again. Again....  Again... Anyway.  If you've been following me you know today is the day you get to see what my desk looks like late yesterday afternoon. And you know you also get the opportunity to check out lots of desks from all over the globe through our head desker, Julia at the Stamping Ground.

Yesterday I was in the middle of a project playing with a set of kaleidoscope tile dies.  There's 3 in the set and they layer in such a way that the bottom die cut can be seen.  Anyway, I was trying different adhesives from a sticky sheet (2 kinds, Sticky Specs & Fun Stampers Journey's White Liner Sheet) to a Xyron sticker maker to a glue sponge. I liked the glue sponge the best.

So, from left to right, in front of my light is a pile of stuff (stamps, dies, card kits, and GKW - goodness knows what), my Sticky Specs open package, then some of the tiles, the die set, then my Platinum 6 on the far right. There's all kinds of stuff between my glass mat and my ink rack that really needs to be sorted through and put in appropriate places.

I hope you all are healthy and have a great and blessed day!
Please head over to the Stamping Ground and join in on the fun!

Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me.... and you will find rest for your souls.   Matthew 11:29

Hi Carol, not heard of the Sticky Specs over here. I've taken to buying generic double sided adhesive sheets off E-Bay now. Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #4

I had to zoom into the pic to have a really close look at the Kaleidoscope dies - they're really smart, bet you'll use those a lot! And tell me about Wednesdays rolling around too quickly.....it surely can't be because I'm getting old eh?!

I haven't come across that type of glue before carol. I tend to use spray adhesive or Wacky Tac if I am working with very intricate embellishments / die cuts. Happy belated WOYWW. Sarah #1

Ooh those dies are pretty Carol, love that idea....bet you’ll make some beauties with those. I haven’t seen them before, I must look a bit harder when I walk past the displays that I’m trying to resist!! How I love the sight of your desk every week, you are always working on something new to see!
