Busy Desk

Hello!!!  It's Wednesday!!  I've had a busy week as I've had to cover for my co-worker in cleaning our church. He's out with a cold. No, I don't know if it's anything more.  Anyway, today is the day me and others are joining together through Julia and her Stamping Ground blog to show you our desks and more!

I took my picture late yesterday afternoon as I was playing with a new die set from Spellbinders. I will be sharing my project tomorrow.

You can see my little basket in progress on my glass mat.  The die set is to the right of it. Far left is a die set I want to play with but will need to watch a video of it as to what to do with some of the pieces. And my tablet is next to my mat looking at a project made from the Basket Full of Bunnies die set I have saved on Pinterest. I think mine came out pretty good but then I can always think of something I should have done or moved. Oh well.

So that's it for me today.  I will be working on another project then finishing 2 more card kits for my March 27 class.  So far I've only had a couple that decided to stay home and want kits.

I hope you have a healthy week! We are doing great.  Please pop over to the Stamping Ground and check out the links!

Oh I love your basket. Dies are so amazing! I love that we can make 3D things with them too. Can't wait to see what you do with the baskets. Stay well.

A pretty basket and a useful die there Carol. I have cancelled my card classes for the next 12 weeks as a few of my ladies have underlying health issues and I am also social distancing at the moment. Happy WOYWW. Stay safe. Sarah #2

I’m trying not to get over excited by this stuff, after all, a lot of people will still be catching ‘regular’ colds this season won’t they. Nice of you to stand in though..I used to be on the cleaning rota for our local church (13th century, cold as a crypt) - it took a good four hours to go over it all properly, I hope you aren’t too exhausted by it!!
That little basket is so sweet..my word though, small and fiddly for clumpy fingers like mine. I always thought you had way more patience than me, and this confirms it!

Hi Carol. Cute little basket being made there. Will it take a small easter egg do you think? Hope you continue to stay healthy - despite the current cold!! Yes, our instinct is to try and work all things out, to demand answers... but to simply put our hand into the hand of God is the best. He knows the beginning from the end. He is faithful; He does not change.
Take care. Stay safe. God bless.
