What's On Your Workdesk Whizzday, 530

The days are again whizzing by as I've stayed pretty busy this past week! I had a card class to teach last Friday, monthly stamp club on Saturday, helped serve watermelon at church Sunday, worked Monday, had Bible Study and a pedicure yesterday.... and here we are! The LAST day of JULY!  What!!!!  No way! But yes.  And since it's Whizzday, I mean Wednesday, it's your day to get the opportunity to view my desk and, if you choose to accept the mission, many others by clicking on Julia of the Stamping Ground blog link at the end of my post.

I took this picture late yesterday afternoon as we were having a nice thunderstorm with a light show and sound effects.  It did cool the temperature by about 20* (F) and put about 1/2" of moisture on the ground within 2 hours. We were under flash flood warning until late last night, too.

Anyway, my desk...

I was working on an idea for today's FB Live video (which will be added to my YouTube channel - link if the sidebar if you are interested). The stamped images on my platform ended up not getting used as I changed my mind completely.  I will save what I did for another day.  So, from left to right, my Scan N Cut, Sunlight light, and Picket Fence Studio brushes.  Table center is my glass mat with my stamp platform with stamp set just beyond it, ink pad and scissors, a cup holding my most frequently used tools, and my ATG roller on its new stand.  Far right, a paper towel, a couple tools, my OTT light, and my Platinum 6.

I have started walking on my treadmill. I'm doing 25 minutes, a little over 1 mile, and about 150 calories. I have to admit my knees are feeling better! And who knows, maybe I'll drop a few pounds.

Ok, now you are at the end of my post.  Please head over to the Stamping Ground and check out all the great desks that are linked.  Catch you around the web!

You nearly gave me heart failure there Carol lol. Last day of August, I thought I'd slept through the school holidays. The weeks do go by quickly though. Great set up in your craft room and those ink pads look cool! Happy WOYWW. Sarah #9

Well Carol, it will cost a shilling to talk to you soon...a stand for your ATG gun, who knew? Mine just stands on its head in front of me. I never thought anything of the idea of a stand and now you’re making me feel I need one!!! I’m such a child! weather extremes are everywhere, blimey that was some storm you had. Am very attracted to your colour coordinated, organised desk....it would I’m sure, make me more productive if you flew over and influenced me in oerson for a week or two. Anytime, please!

Aren't you glad the weather is cooler, or did you have way too much rain? We saw on Dutch television (news) that parts of the UK were floaded... hope you are dry! Like the other ladies said before me: your inks are nicely stashed and wow, there's so much pads! I'm not much of a stamper so I have but a few inks (thrown in a drawer... eeck!) Happy - belated - woyww and have a nice week! Hug from Holland, Marit #15

Loving the stamp pads on your desk but more concerned about the flood warning you received. I do hope you are safe. Terrible pictures on the tv tonight - those poor people in Derbyshire.
hugs, Neet 1 xx

So clean and tidy Carol, i'm currently working on mine but seem to be getting no where. I home the bad weather warnings has passed you by, we have had awful storms and flash flooding. We are very lucky to have good drainage system around my home but living across from a canal it is always a worry.
Take good care of yourself. Happy WoywW Tracey #14
