The First Wednesday of December

I am finding it difficult to believe it's already DECEMBER!!!  How did that happen?  Just a few days left of 2019!!  Oh my!!  It seems like just a few days ago I was struggling to remember to write 2018 on things.  Oh well.  Anyway, today is the day you get the opportunity to view my desk as it was yesterday mid to late afternoon. Yeah, I usually take the picture the day before when I have some decent light.  And then I link up with Julia at the Stamping Ground with a group of other crafters brave enough to share what their work area looks like.

Yesterday I was working on some Valentine cards.... yes, you read that right.... Valentine cards.  I purchased a box with card kits, stamps, paper, some dies, and the booklet of instructions from the company I'm affiliated with.  I'm getting ideas for my January class.  I have one card completed (top right corner of my blue work mat) and one I just pulled out of the baggie it came in.  But really, I've been in full Christmas card mode for a few days and will continue for a couple weeks.  I just wanted a break.  There are stamp sets on the left with a bag of Kisses to munch, my work area, and a pile of scraps, stamps, the instruction book, and who knows what on the far right. Quite a mess.  And, while I was working on this post yesterday I was watching White Christmas on Netflix (you can see my TV remote far left) and drinking Hot Apple Cider (next to my computer). I still need to get our tree up but that will probably happen sometime this weekend.

So please head over to the Stamping Ground and check out the links to desks.  I'm not sure how far I'll get as I have my FB Live Video to make, maybe have to go to town to get groceries (17 miles one way), then church tonight. Tomorrow I work in the morning and see if I can get my car tires rotated.  Busy week.
