New Year's Eve Desk and Stuff

Today is the last day of 2014.  But of course you know that.  But it's also Wednesday, the day I take part in an international blog hop of desks put together by head desker, Julia, at the Stamping Ground.  My desk is getting busy as I try to finish (and have just started) to make a snowman from I class I couldn't get to so I have the kit.  I have the video ready to watch and all the pieces set out as I start.

I've never tried to make something like this before so hopefully it will turn out.  I'll post a pic of it when it's completed.

A couple posts ago I posted a link to a YouTube video about a No Plug Glue Topper.  I've tried it and so far it's working great!

I get so tired of having a bottle of pricey glue dry out when I've only used about half.  I've heard from friends who also have tried this and they're pretty happy too.

This post is very short and, hopefully, sweet.  Please leave a comment if you desire and click through to the Stamping Ground and check out the other desks.  And, if someone would tell me, I'd like to know how they got the "I'm Not A Robot" box on their pop-up comment page.  Thanks!!

Also, did you know you can find out what's been pinned from your blog??  I tried it and found it interesting!
Type in the following, putting in your URL (without the http:// but with the .com in place of the xxxx

Give it a try!  I was surprised!

And a Happy New Year to all!!  See you next year!Oh wait.... that's tomorrow!   :-)

Have fun making the snowmen! We don't see a lot of those here in Oro Valley :) I have been wanting to try that trick with the glue too..but I need to get baby bottle toppers first. Something I have not purchased recently for sure! Best wishes for 2015! Shel#39

Looking forward to seeing the finished snowman.
I looked at the video of the baby bottle teats. Very interesting! I'll give that one a go.
But the pinterest enquiry didn't work. Perhaps because my url has blogspot in it.
Happy New Year to you and yours
