A Shutter Album in progress....

I will be teaching (hopefully) a class in February at the Green Valley Recreation dept. of making a Shutter Album.  This is also known as a Flip Flop Album but that sounds less interesting to me.  So, this is a work in progress and I'm still embellishing the inside.  But here's the cover, both closed and slightly open.

I'm using Cha Cha SWIC and matching cardstock.  The tag from the SWIC pkg. is stamped with a retired image that is perfect for the belly band. I used Cha Cha hardware on the tag and  Red and Lavender Scrappers Floss.  The Crop-a-Dile is the perfect tool to set the eyelets!

Here you see the beginning of the album opening. I have a long way to go but it's such a unique little album! And I love the brightness of the paper!  I have yet to see any Christmas pictures from our kids and hope they will be sending some soon to put in this album. Until then, it'll be somewhat nekkid.

I've been having problems with my right foot for a couple months.  The first of Nov. the outside edge went numb, almost like it was asleep.  A couple weeks ago it started hurting terribly!!  Have had it x-rayed but no broken bones. Now comes the M.R.I. to check for muscle damage. Gout has been ruled out.  My doctor could only say "weird"....  Doesn't make me feel any better! It could be nerve damage but don't know how we'll test for that!  And at night the pain prevents sleep and causes twitching in pain which wakes the hubby. So please pray for wisdom and healing. Thanks!
