Mother's Day Cook Book

My mom wanted some of my casserole recipes and that gave me an idea for her Mother's Day gift!!

Here is the cover. I used Cha Cha SWIC to cover 2 pieces of chipboard from a baking mix box. I created the title on my computer. The ribbons are from the Cha Cha Ribbon assortment and I also used red, black, and white scrappers floss. I didn't do a lot of embellishments for kitchen safety and cleanliness.

Here is the inside cover. I wrote in a little note for my mom. The sun is from a retired set called Kokopelli (which I love!!). Each page is stamped with either Salsa Flowers (retiring) or Kokopelli. I hope to finish coloring the images this week using my Prismacolor Pencils. Oh, I outlined the large sun with my journaling pen. And all this is bound together with the Bind It All and 3/4" black wires. I'm not making it real fancy inside, either, as my mom doesn't do fancy.
