Mystery Item Card and a Sketch Challenge

This past Saturday Angie S. and I attended the SALSA (Stampers At Large; Stamping Away) meeting in Tucson, AZ.  Last month we were given a mystery item to use on a project if we wanted to "play."  We were given some small burgundy feathers in a glassine bag.  I didn't use the bag but I had fun with the feathers.  I knew within a week what I wanted to do.

I used the stamp set Dream It which was part of our July Bloom Box and should be available next month for purchase.

I colored using my Copic markers.  I haven't used them in quite some time.

Card stock:  Black Licorice and Whip Cream
Punch: Handle and This Way cartridge
Dies: Journey Rectangles
Ink: Black Licorice
Other: Silver Sequins

Another challenge was to use a specific sketch.  I enjoy playing with sketches and this one had LOTS of layers!

I actually added extra layers as I used a solid card stock under each printed and stamped layer.

Card stocks: Pumpkin Bread, Butter Cream, and Autumn Prints PP-0036 (again available until Dec. 31)
Stamps: Artsy Leaves Bundle and Autumn Time
Inks: Black Licorice and Pumpkin Bread
Coloring Medium: Assorted PanPastel collections
Other: Spring Accent Dots
Ribbon: Citrus Cooler Satin
