It's that "wonderful" day when you get the opportunity to see my desk. It's been a busy one this week as I've worked on getting card kits made and begin to prepare for a 3 day stamp/scrap retreat in Rio Rico, AZ.
Hmmm..... Giant punches, baguettes (for packaging the kits), inks, sanding block, ATG gun, stamps, lots of goodies! Mojo has mostly returned and hopefully it'll be in full gear this weekend as I work on ideas for my two April classes. After you leave a comment for me please go to Julia's blog, the Stamping Ground, to look all around the world at other desks.
This past week I went to an open house put on by our pastor's wife, her daughter, and Barb T of Babaloo Designs. I seen a fused glass necklace that jumped into my hand and I could not put it down...
This set has such depth of color!!
I kinda got a pic of the depth but it's really something that looks so much better in real life. My hubby loves it! I wore it to church last Sunday and got great comments on it. I don't usually buy jewelry but when I do it really has to speak to me.
So, now you've reached the end of my post. Don't forget to go to Julia's blog!

Why is that no matter how big the desk we have to work on we end up using a tiny space in front of us! I pleased to see I am not the only one doing this :D
I'm off to visit some more busy desks! Have a lovely crafty week.

Have fun at your craft retreat. That jewelry set is stunning. I love the colors. #114
Wow, that piece is STUNNING,it would have found its way into my hand too! Thanks for visiting my desk, the roses were cut with an eCraft cutter like a Silhouette, I had punched the original which is a quarter of the size, traced it, scanned it and made it an SVG so I could cut it on my machine. I will be posting a how to...soonish.
your desk is looking nice and busy but my eyes were drawn to the jewellery that is really stunning no wonder you had so many comments on it really lovely

The jewelry is pretty. My sister makes jewelry with fused glass and she also makes her own glass beads. It's fun to watch her using her torch to convert a glass rod into a bead.
